A lot of the time with apps you find your self having to compromise on features, price and usability, possibly even having to get 2 apps to get them to do what you need. This is where Discountly has really helped us, there idea of being able to ask for custom features and just simply pay for them outside of what plan you need to be on is fantastic and i wish a lot more apps would take this idea up. As it takes the app from a 70% fit to a 100% fit Thanks again to Rahul and the team for getting our custom parts working inside the app. Would 100% recommend

Too soon to really rate it. But the customer service I received while trying to set up the app was great! Was able to set up a POS only automatic discount.

Customer service is A++ We needed to create a tiered discount for POS only, and most apps do not provide the option to delegate discounts by channel. The Discountly team worked with us to create a custom solution for our in-store only discounts. It took a few tries to get it right but we are so happy with the result!

Installed the app today and immediately started a chat with support. Rahul was amazing! Not only did that work with us to ensure all features we needed were available on the plan we selected, they implemented some custom features that enabled the app to accomplish the workarounds we needed for the POS sales channel! Support likes this makes migrating your POS or online store to Shopify so much easier! We had worked with multiple discount apps trying to find the right one to accomplish our goals and either the functionality wasnt there or the support was too slow or non existent. Discountly is the way to go for your custom discount integration needs!

The other reviewers were right. Rahul has made customizations to the app. If you're looking for a point of sale solution for discounts this seems to be it. My employees click the one button on the POS Checkout, then it checks for discounts, then you click apply. Mine is customized to choose largest discount between collections and customer tags. So a VIP customer might get 5% off their entire purchase. But Collection A is save 10% when you buy 10 or more. If they buy 10 of an item in Collection a, they save 10%. Then all the other items they save 5% because of their VIP. Finally solves the problems of employees stacking discounts incorrectly. Before we'd have people getting the 10% for buying 10 or more of the item, and then getting the 5% discount on top of that from their account status. I am excited to take this app functionality even further now.

There was no indication that this wouldn't work with our theme, but the support team was very quick to respond and correct the compatibility issue so it was up and running ASAP.

We have been using the highest level plan of this app to assist our staff in checking out wholesale customers via POS at our retail, physical store. It took a fair amount of set up to get this in place. We programmed the discount rules by collection and it constantly drops the collections we assign to the rules, which means that when wholesale customers are trying to pay in person at our POS terminals that nothing happens and discounts have to be figured manually in front of retail customers (not a good look). Also, if you add new products to your collections you have to manually reconfigure the set up of the rules, which was taking me about 45 minutes of each work day. This instability of this app has made coworkers lose faith in my ability to keep things running smoothly at checkout. Customer service was great at first, promises were made and I was told it was fixed (it hasn’t been fixed yet). After my last help chat the developer 'helping' decided to make everything in our store 30% off online as an automatic discount that all customers could see and didn't tell me (we had to match advertised prices that I had no knowledge of). It very easily could have cost me my job and my last message to customer service has gone ignored. I have had to personally checkout every wholesale customer by hand with a calculator for the past two weeks. It was a wonderful solution at first, but instability and lack of concern for how that instability affects our day to day operations has left us looking for another solution.

Great Product. Great Customer Service. We looked at about 20 tier pricing apps and tried out at least 5 of them. This was the only one that contained 90% of what we were looking for just straight out of the box. We had a few tweaks that needed to be implemented which Anncode was able to complete for us for a reasonable fee.

This app is great. It works for both the website and in our retail store(POS). We needed a little customization and they completed the changes quickly and right the first time. Highly recommend!
