This app can achieve way more than many other similar apps. We have a complex Shopify ecosystem (webstore and multiple physical stores geographically sparsed), and I'm impressed by the granularity of the discount rules that I can set up. The support team is exceptional. Super available to tackle any issue by even jumping on a call, open to feedback, quick to implement fixes, what more can you expect from a support team? There was an issue with the tiered pricing showing when no rule was assigned. apparently if you "duplicate" a product in Shopify the metafields transfer over and the new duplicated product can unintentionally show tiered discount rates from the previously mapped metafields. Meaning a product will have discounted pricing that it shouldn't. The discount support worked quickly to fix the issue with the copied metafields and stopped the incorrect pricing from showing up.
