I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue.

I find Connex very responsive and very helpful in their support to their clients. I am always met with understanding of my issue and knowledge of my issues at all levels. I am glad to be with them in helping me move my information.

Connex is a good service and make things much easier for us. Any time we are having an issue it seems to be resolved fairly quickly and if not, Joe jumps right in to help. It's nice to know the owner isn't afraid to still help out when needed. Thanks!

Connex makes integration into QuickBooks simple and easy. Does what we need. Joe and Chanelle are great to work with.

Hoping for more support in the future.... Joe is a nice guy, but seems to be breaking features a lot & then not very good with communication. We are currently dealing with 3 broken features related to gift cards, returns & exchanges as well as certain discount fields not transferring over. These were all working a week ago....

Joe, is willing to help find solutions to unique challenges! We happened to have a specific app encoding discounts differently than Shopify's normal process. After getting in contact with Joe everything is working perfectly. We have been using this app for years & it serves us well.

Recently had a crash in our system resulting in data not coming over. Joe was diligent in helping resolve our problems. We are at a transition point in the growth of our company and its great to have this kind of support!

Connex has gone downhill recently. The support is terrible, you'll wait days in between responses trying to solve sync issues. Their website is slow and buggy. I've been a customer for years, no more. Save yourself aggravation and avoid Connex.

Update: Connex has finally hired a dedicated customer service team and is working on improving support, help docs, and the user interface. The support has helped us understand the tool better and how to make the most of it. No other tool has worked for us because our current setup is way too complicated and Connex has been the best tool to make our transactions into Quickbooks for desktop.
