The customer support I received from A2X is world class! There is no cutting corners and they genuinely want to help not just offer cheap outsourced help desks. On the contrary the support I received from Kim Pacy was amazing. She was very patient, supportive and kind. She genuinely wanted to support me. She made it fun. I always felt welcome. I trusted her to help me and I did not have to jump from one person to another. She was the one who emailed me and the one who met with me online when we needed to go over things. Their 30-day free trial on all of their plans is inaccurate. You actually only get is 3 payouts history. There isn't a real free trial, where you can test their plans, which is quite misleading.

Kim from A2X helped me out when i had a disconnect issues with QBO. They were responsive and helpful. I was back up and running quickly. The tool is so useful to simplify the Shopify data into QBO. Highly recommended.
