This app is great! The set up and customization was easy and fast. You get notifications on your email inbox or phone and you can easily give support to customers even when you are not on your computer!

I would recommend this app to anyone with a version 2 template. It seems to be working well so far !

Applicazione installata. Non la stiamo utilizzando molto ma al momento sembra funzionare bene. I messaggi arrivano tutti, anche se l’utente chiude momentaneamente il browser. In ogni caso, se l’utente dovesse chiudere definitivamente la chat, la nostra risposta gli arriva via mail. Nelle impostazione ci sono diverse lingue tra cui l’italiano. Tutto è molto facile e comprensibile, dall’installazione all’utilizzo.

This app has been great this whole time and I love how they have a app so I can get notifications and don’t have to keep checking a website on my phone and I get my inbox filled with messages I can reply to in minutes from anywhere

Finally the perfect Live Chat app that I was searching for! Simple straight forward and easy to set up without all those extra unwanted bells and whistles that make a dashboard look like a living nightmare to figure out and navigate around, but that still has all the important basic features, is compatible with my store theme, looks great and functions without any issues.
