I know how this is going to sound but the app is fine but the person who is in charge of messages/chats/emails needs to be retrained. I have had several emails and chats looking for feedback and I mentioned to them several times I did not want to be contacted for this purpose. I do not believe an app needs to be spamming customers for feedback. I repeatedly asked to be left alone. I have never had an app on shopify spam me like this and their spam is the only reason I went somewhere else. I do not recommend them.

We tried a lot of different chat apps and some were too confusing, some way too involved with AI - We just needed an app to help offer live chat when we were online, and FAQ's and a way for our customers to leave a message if we were offline.
