The platform is also great, syncs products but most importantly automates the tracking numbers from shopify to the seller centre in TTS. There are a few tools on the market, but this one works really well and they really have 24/7 support to help you with anything you need. This is a great connector to bring your Shopify products over to TikTok Shop. I tried two others before settling with Ced (Silk Connector, ShoppeDance) - CedCommerce was the only one that would allow me to optimize the product listings directly on TTS for SEO purposes while still syncing inventory and orders. This is a must have feature for anyone trying to optimize their products for discovery on TTS. The customer service team for Ced is excellent. I've watched the feature set steadily improve over the past year as well as its reliability.

The Onboarding process and support I got from the agent was amazing. I was able to sucessfully upload products and have better understanding of how the Cedcommerce tiktok app works.

We have a really large category of items so it is quite a bit of work to categorize to TikTok categories and make sure images are correct size. But CED commerce are really helpful and the support is great. We have used for other apps like Etsy and they have always been great. Thank you.

Many products don't sync the inventory properly with shopify and tiktok, customers order the products which we need to cancel. This issue has been going on for over 1 year but no fix has been done yet.
