CED commerce is super efficient and helpful with transferring my product information to TikTok from Shopify. I also use CED commerce for Etsy and Walmart. It is very seamless and easy to work with. The customer service is also really great. They have a live person in the chat who can answer questions. I had representative Suryansh Singh Chauhan help me today, and he even followed up with a question after he had an answer from another person at the company. I had originally used and removed this app, shopped around a bit to find something "better", and after a few other apps, including the one made by or for tiktok, came right back to this one. No other app allows full management as well as this app does. You have more control over how items are listed, and important to me was the ability to be able to create templates to filter which products I wanted to list, and which i did not. Customer support is good and helpful. As with anything else, it's not perfect, but I think this is currently the best tiktok shop app for now.
