Bitespeed is truly a must-have app for marketing. We just completed the trial and already subscribed to the their AI plan. We were juggling with multiple marketing apps for different channels & it as was a nightmare to manage. The app is good! But the SUPPORT is very Poor! We have to take a lot of follow ups! they provide Support but the TAT is really long and we have to take a lot of follow ups! initially there support was promising, but then it kept going down and down!

The support is disgusting. All they care is about the mandates. Once the mandate is signed by the customer, BiteSpeed doesnt give a shit about anything. All they do is giving great demos and then in reality, its just a clown laughing around. They deduct money anytime without anyone's consent. Have raised an immediate compaint with Razorpay to block the settlement.
