Not a good expereince on multiple stages, first they said they will migrate our push subscriber, it was not possible due to technical issues, second they took a way long time then discussed over boarding, third, multiple debits to my card without permission or notification and then nobody eager to solve the issue.

A good app but the customer service is very poor! Once u post review, they provide good service and convince you to get the review down! but again its the same! the TAT of replying is very long! No proper account manager system! There are some options like clevertap, gallabox. Havent tried them yet! but if this countinues we might shift out operations!

This app has significantly simplified my workflow, saving me a lot of time and effort. It also opened up a new stream of revenue.
