This is THE best back-in-stock/pre-order app I've used. And the support team is top-tier. I highly recommend it!

I've been using this app for back in stock notifications and they just launched a pre-order function which is super exciting! I had some issues setting it up on my page but spoke with Sneha from Customer Support and she sorted it out within 5 minutes. Great app, great service!

This app is pretty easy to use - I use for Preorders mainly - and the customer service when I need help is excellent!

So far it is very helpful to see which of our out of stock products are in-demand so we can make more informed stock decisions. We are excited to try the pre-order function with our next shipment!

I needed to set up a "Notify me when available" button on my website and was hesitant to begin...Restock Rocket was my first install and it did not disappoint. I am very satisfied with the application and the service! The team is very responsive and solves problems very quickly. A real pleasure to work with. The only drawback is that the application doesn't (yet) handle translations of product names made via the Translate and Adapt application. Email notifications therefore take into account the product name in the default version of the store, and not the translated version. I hope this feature will be available one day :)

Really good app, can see clearly the amount of revenue we have gained from the resends and whenever needed help they have been very quick to help and sort it out. Just installed on a second site.

I needed an option for my website to offer pre-orders and a way to notify my customers when a product comes back in stock. Restock Rocket has been great for my needs. I was able to have some help from Anaam to completely customize my buttons to my color palette and even shape the corners to match my current buttons. Setting everything up was a breeze with her help. Highly recommend this app for your Shopify store.

So far very happy with the app. Set up is smooth and fairly user friendly (not overly complicated and clunky like many of the other apps). Pricing is fair and transparent. Support has been great. I needed help moving the position of the buttons and disclaimer text and all was done very quickly (I was quite particular about what I wanted too!) There does however appear to be a significant issue with Preorder selling limits. Currently the app allows any number of items to be purchased, despite specifying a qty limit within the Preorder settings. The support team has advised there will be a fix coming soon, so hopefully this comes through quickly to avoid major headaches with overselling, refunds and unhappy customers! Look forward to seeing how the app converts for us.
