Customer experience has been unreal honestly. Every time Ive asked them if something can be modified, ie placement of a button for example they've turned around and figured out a custom solution for me pretty much same day.

So far this has been far superior to the app I used to use. It is completely integrated into Shopify and is much easier to use. So far so good.

As a new user, I haven't had enough time to fully evaluate the app's functionality, but I’m already impressed by the support team. I encountered an issue with image sizing in emails, reported it on a Sunday night, and was pleasantly surprised to have it resolved the same night—great responsiveness! One improvement I'd love to see in the future is the ability to notify users about all the products they follow that have been restocked in a single email, rather than separate notifications for each item. This would enhance the user experience and streamline communication. Looking forward to seeing how the app evolves!

Just started using Stoq after downloading and uninstalling two other apps that didn't have the basic functionality I needed, such as only allocating which sold out stock I wanted to have the "notify me" button on. Not only has Stoq been able to do exactly what I need it to do for my business, but the team has been super helpful in changing stylistic elements to suit my needs at exceptional speed. Really happy so far and would highly recommend!

We were looking at a combined solution for our pre-order products as well as allowing our customers to request notifications when out of stock items come back, and we are glad we found Stoq. The app integrates well in our technology stack (Omnisend) and is easy to install and get up and running. We wanted some additional modifications and the support team was super responsive and got it all ready for us.
