The team is incredibly friendly and responds to messages within minutes. Hassan was especially helpful and informative in answering my questions. The app itself is very easy to use, and the tutorial provided when you first download it gives a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of each feature.

I think it is a brilliant way to connect customers more closely with a brand and the products they like. Also, the technical team in the backend is truly helpful, and are readily available to assist.
