Tiana was wonderful in helping me through the issues I was having with setting up the banner and making sure everything was correct. Although I haven't had the app for long, the customer service I have received in just the first 30 minutes of downloading has been phenomenal. It can be really hard to find genuinely helpful, good quality and confident 1-1 help in the e-commerce business, and Ricky from Avada has given me so much confidence in my cookie banner. He is so attentive to your individual needs and reassures you with anything you may be unsure of. I couldn't recommend it more!

The support service, especially Mia, assisted me with effective compliance and my store.
