The surveys can connect to flows and you can use the answers in them for conditionals. I've set up a few customer service flows already and it looks like exactly what I needed.

Skip logic and AI makes this a no-brainer for us. If you are considering other survey apps install and try this one first. You won't be disappointed.

It was a little confusing at first with the single page survey and email template setup but the documentation is good. Once I got the hang of it it's a great app.
