I recently evaluated this app for my business, and I've encountered several issues that have impacted my experience: 1. Tag Management: When a customer cancels their membership, their tags remain on the Shopify customer list, and there is no option to remove them. 2. Perk Access: Even after logging out on any browser, the discount perks remain active, allowing anyone to access them without restriction. 3. Discount Limitations: The app only allows one discount perk per member and does not support applying multiple perks or setting limits. This limitation prevents customization for different membership tiers. 4. Customer Service Experience: Initially, I was pleased with the customer service. However, I encountered issues when granting temporary access to a support representative. Despite "Uri's" efforts, multiple customer profiles were erroneously added to my list. I am unable to delete these profiles due to the app’s limitations on tag removal. Based on these challenges, I am considering switching to a different app and would not recommend this one at this time.

Customer support came online within 2 mins, and within 5 my config was sorted. Super helpful and fast. Really makes a difference amongst a sea of sketchy apps with terrible documentation and now support. These guys are the opposite. Super good.

We recently moved our little (not-for-profit) Shopify based membership system over to Appstle, so as our organisation membership base grew, we could better support them. Appstle lived up to our expectations- not only did they help us migrate our membership list and set up our plans, even when some of our members (slipped through the gaps) during the test periods and transfer, they went out of their way to help us resolve the issue. OMG What can I say! I was STUCK for 6 hours and this guy helped me out in less than 10 minutes. If I woulda called earlier it woulda saved me a TON of time and I wouldn't be crying right now. I'm so thankful!

Harris and Mona are the absolute BEST! I am so happy that I decided to choose Appstle for my membership and subscription apps. I have never experienced such great customer service in my life when it comes to working with an online chat service. They both responded to my question within 30 seconds, LITERALLY! Harris initially helped me set up their membership app about a week ago and then I messed around and installed a drop shipping app to my store and when I went to remove my products from their dashboard, it wiped out my entire catalog. I had to start from scratch, but I THANK GOD, For Appstle's remarkable customer service. Mona, was very patient, professional and went above an beyond what I expected in helping me get everything back working properly. She didn't leave my side until she knew everything was working and I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for everything. I look forward to being a part of the Appstle's family for years to come.

I'm still early on using Appstle Memberships, but so far I can't say enough amazing things about the customer support. I've chatted in and talked to both Jackson and Mia, and they have both been extremely responsive (responding in less than 3 minutes), I've had multiple questions that they've been patient enough to answer, they've researched things for me plus helped me come up with workarounds for things if needed. It's been a great experience so far and I know Appstle will help me scale my business, no doubt! Thank you Appstle and team (especially Jackson and Mia)!
