This app is fantastic. I've been exploring many other rewards/loyalty apps for a few days now and it's been the only one with all the features I need and is very user-friendly. I had a question about a feature and their support team was incredibly quick to respond with thorough, helpful information.

Very easy to set up and fairly customizable. I was having trouble finding a setting (that turned out to be right in front of my face, haha) and Taylor got me straightened out in no time flat, as well as fixing something else I hadn't gotten to yet. Would definitely recommend.

Just getting it up and running, but so far seems to work exactly how we need. The support staff are excellent and increased the maximum points in the redemption section for us. Uri was super helpful.

I have worked with the App Store team on two different Commerce sites that I have owned, and I highly recommend them. Their apps are intuitive and easy to use, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend them and would use them for all of my apps if that was possible.

Good value loyalty app, with fast customer support. I have being using the app and the subscription app for a couple of years, while not perfect they are always trying to improve the offering.

the app works very good and has the best customer service! we wanted to see what kind of VIP tier someone was is the Shopify POS system but this wasn't an available feature. but when but when I pointed this out to the customer service and they added that! I also think the price is very good for all the functions, features and service. and you can import points from an old system into this one fairly easily. so the overall experience is very good!

So far, I am very impressed with the app, the support, and the ease of use. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a loyalty & rewards app.

I think the 24/7 chat support is great, I mean I was trying out another subscription app but their response was much slower, we wanted to rush out the subscription page but there were lots of technical hiccups So we jumped to appstle and we fixed the subscription page in a day, incredible stuff, thank you!
