This app has a lot of features and is great for multi-person events, courses and clinics. When I was getting set up initially I scheduled a 15 minute call and they walked me through the steps necessary to set up my event.

The app is very good and very simple, the service is excellent, Bhagya Divakar was very helpful, always available and friendly. I would recommend improving some things, such as adding more modern and attractive templates, as well as crossing out dates that are no longer available, and putting up "sold out" or "few spots" signs, but the rest works very well for now. It's essential that it be in Spanish, both for the user and for our customers who are going to make their reservation. ------- La app es muy buena y muy simple, la atencion es excelente, Bhagya Divakar fue muy buena, siempre disponible y amable. Outstanding features. It is quite feature rich, which is a good thing, but due to that fact, it may take a bit for some users to figure some more advanced things out. Trust me, it'll be worth it. On the few occasions when we needed support, they were very helpful as well.

The app works good for my jetski rental business. I have also ran into a couple things i couldnt figure out and the gentleman Karan is always there to help me swiftly! Its amazing how well he knows the app and shopify itself. No matter the time of day Karan always gets things figured out fast and efficiently.

I chose this app mainly for my consultation bookings to integrate with Google calendar and meets and to have ability to see the timing according to worldwide timezones. I love that they have this.I tried 4 apps and this worked best for what i want and the price is reasonable for the Pro. I have had some issues with the app during the trial stages of integrating it but i appreciate the team is very responsive and helpful especially Karan and Mukul. They helped fixed things quickly and Karan has been very helpful guiding me when i wasnt sure on how to do something. I do suggest doing some testing out before a full launch of the website to avoid issues and it works better if you already do up variants if any first. The whole team was helpful and offered quick service recovery which i am pleased with and recommend. Small suggestion to team if the color of the timezone in booking words could be in RED color instead of light blue so clients can notice quickly if its right time zone, especially if they are not taking the call from where they are booking or its not correctly detected with VPN. I've not long installed this app, but in 30 minutes, i've added the booking feature to 3 different products, one with 4 variants. The chat feature is very helpful, the information that was given very quickly has enabled me to have this fully set up and functional within 30 minutes! Great app so far!
