A great app. You can review the chats with customers and see which the AI has been able to answer and where it needs more information. You can then customise it and build up more specific responses and build the knowledge base of the AI. Amazing support and a great company to work with.

This is by far the best AI Chat Bot on the Shopify app store. I have tried pretty much all of them and they are glitchy and do not understand the nuances of a conversation so fail to provide a high level of support. We had reservations before using Answer AI Or any chat app due to the negative experiences we have had as consumers on other sites.
