I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so the UX is a little hard for me to manage - but the customer support I just received from Vincent C was top notch so I thought I'd write a review and give him a shoutout. I had an issue with reviews populating in an area I did not want them, and Vincent came with both the solutions for future reference + he went ahead and took the 20 minutes (it would have taken me hours) to do it for me. I really appreciate that kind of customer care.

ONBOARDING - Getting everything set up so I can't give a full review yet, but SUPPORT has been AMAZING so far. Special shout out to Warren P., Allen and Reymon for all of their help during these early stages.

A little bit expensive on the starter kits, it should be more progressive based on orders amount. If you take review + rewards it cost more then your entire shopify website to function... and that just for reviews. For the rest it works out of the box, could import my old reviews from magento which was a big plus. Big thanks for Jeorge Kenneth for his help.

I was assisted by Raney today. I asked several questions and for assistance on a few admin tasks. Raney was quick to provide solutions and follow-up once it was all completed. Pleasant interaction. I wish all my support tickets were handled this well.

The support from them, and especially Raney S and Adi, has been great. So far, so good, and I have seen a definite uptick in reviews left by our customers.

Yotpo is a great tool for product reviews and retention, clean interface, fast and great support. Just combined two old products into one with syndicated reviews, Raney S from the support team was a great help with that.

Reymon Alvero N did a great job helping me fix a code issue that was causing the stars to appear bigger than normal. I really appreciate yotpo and their excellent service

Yotpo has been very easy to use and when I ran into an issue, Vincent C through the Chat function was very helpful in answering my questions and sending me the necessary links to streamline my website and yotpo account.

Needed to get my star rating and carousel added to the home page. Vien was very helpful and had my problem solved very fast. Great support!

I had some trouble getting my Shopify SEO Page (Reviews tab page) to work after a recent Shopify theme update. I contacted customer support via the admin settings page in Yotpo and they helped me immediately! I am so very grateful to Jeorge Kenneth V for the support. They even added a carousel of reviews to my homepage after I asked for more advice! If you are having any troubles, I highly recommend their great customer service. Thank you! P.S. I'd recommend a few updates to their help page so that "SEO page" updates are clarified as a separate issue from how to enable a "Product Reviews Widget."

Vincent in Yotpo was fantastic and really helpful getting me set up with the Product Reviews App. He was patient and took the time to help me get my existing reviews imported into Yotpo so they are all displaying on my Shopify Store! Looking forward to getting my first reviews directly through the Yotpo app!!

5 stars for support. Vien was particularly responsive and informative. Could do with a few more features that would make tracking easier and more user friendly navigation.
