I recently reached out to Yotpo’s customer support with a rather intricate challenge. We operate multiple storefronts selling the same product and I needed to consolidate our reviews and product listings across all of them. From the moment I submitted my ticket, Ruzsel John Nabong was incredibly responsive. Within minutes, Ruzsel had scheduled a quick call to walk through our setup. He took the time to understand our unique store configurations and the way each review site was currently linked. On the call he guided me step by step, showing exactly how to map product IDs across platforms and enabling a single, unified review feed for all our stores. Thanks to Ruzsel’s proactive approach and technical expertise what I expected to be a multi day integration headache was solved in under an hour. He even followed up afterward with clear documentation and a couple of extra tips on optimizing review display widgets. Every support person told different story, only the main goal is change the plan to premium for pay more, I just change loox to yotpo, for import reviews yotpo support team asking proof for reviews is this joke? Walmart syndication is inactive suddenly now i have to paid $1000 for active the small feature. Is this joke? The bad experience ever.

Yotpo has been amazing since we made the change. I couldn't be more excited about the functionality this unlocks, especially thinking about the ecosystem of options they offer like email, SMS, pop-ups, loyalty program, reviews, UGC. In my mind these were all individual systems that can't speak to each other and they all cost XYZ. I'm not saying this will be cheaper if you do the most economical option for each and tie them together, but this whole system will actually drive conversions and customer retention on a different level. And I only have to understand how Yotpo functions, I don't have to learn 11 systems. I'm a founder and have a COO and that is all for the team. We can't just pass this to someone. I'm about 2 weeks in, but the fact that the whole ecosystem can help support the other areas, I'm realizing I couldn't do half of this if they systems don't imtimately work in tandem and read info across the customer jounrey. And I have to mention Robert Kent was my latest help desk rep and he was the absolte best! Anytime I need to live chat someone I can get a real person and they fix my user-error generated issue.
