I have just installed this App. I was easy to install. It looks like it will help streamline the return process. Alex was helpful and patient.

Great support & helpful app I had a few technical concerns while setting up redirects and 404 fixes, but Alex from the support team was incredibly kind and responsive. Even though my store didn’t exactly meet all the requirements at first, Alex went the extra mile to help and make an exception. His thoughtful approach and clear communication made everything easier. I was looking for an app to handle returns for our customers, and after a lot of searching, almost all the apps were paid. But to my surprise, this app offers the same features as the paid ones. The app is truly excellent, and the customer support is also outstanding and very fast. So, thank you very much!

The app is all over the place. While it does allow reasons/image attachments, and is free, you still lose money because the app doesn't make customers pay for shipping labels or deduct them from the refund amount. The support team is inconsistent with their replies too, and they lie to you just to go on about their day (yes Tracy, I'm talking about you.) Don't use this, you're just going to lose money with this app.
