This app has been a huge asset to our business, both in creating Shopify sales invoices within Xero and in syncing inventory items/quantities between the two platforms. Doing it all by hand was unsustainable, and this app made it a breeze. Additionally, Mahek from the Parex team was incredibly helpful and thorough in assisting me with some issues/settings that needed to be tweaked shortly after implementing this app. If this app sounds like it'll accomplish what you need it to, I'd recommend giving it a shot - you won't be disappointed with the customer service.

Very good support. We had a few issues at first making the app do what we required but to be honest a lot of these were issues due to our past use and lack of process. Xero has to also take some of the load as Parex can only work with what the API gives them, and some of the issues belong squarely with Xero. Support has been keen to help, very responsive, and always came up with an answer. We're sticking with them as it is great to have true support. Well done Mahek and team.
