Bons produtos, porém o site é mal feito. Assinei o plano e depois não tem opção de cancelar, estou tentando entrar em contato com meu agente. Na hora de mandar o rastreamento de pedido para o cliente, aparece mensagem que é produto da aliexpress, não gostei

After a period of collaboration, I feel compelled to write this review to express my deep disappointment with this supplier. The quality of the products provided is very poor and inconsistent, often changing without prior notice. This not only directly affects the quality of the final product but also diminishes our own business's reputation in the eyes of our customers. I've noticed that they do not perform quality checks on products before shipping, leading to many batches arriving in an unacceptable condition. These issues have been repeatedly reported, but there has been no significant improvement from the supplier's side. Due to these negative experiences, I have decided to cease collaboration with this supplier. I advise other businesses to carefully consider before deciding to partner with them to avoid similar troubles. We all need reliable partners to build and maintain long-term business relationships, and unfortunately, this supplier is not the right choice.

Gostaria de deixar meu agradecimento ao trabalho do agente Tim Luo. Um excelente profissional, melhor agente que tive até hoje. Quem dera se todos os agentes fossem prestativos, dedicados e esforçados como ele, além de ser muito educado. Ele que me encontrou e me chamou no Whatsapp, me convenceu a deixá-lo ser meu agente e não me arrependi. Infelizmente, esse mês de Maio/2024 é o último mês dele trabalhando na Wiio, e ele vai seguir seus sonhos, como ele mesmo disse. Desejo a ele muito sucesso e tudo de bom, ele merece. They never do quality checks (This is most important thing as some Chinese suppliers scams people with fake product pictures, they need to check parcel before shipping, they never open the package!!!), shippinng takes longer time compared with other agencies. I've 20 USD left their website, requested refund 3 times, they never refunded me, they won't cover anything if they did something wrong. My customer started dispute as she received piece of cloth instead dresss! DO NOT TOP UP any money, I've called my bank and started dispute proccess against them.
