I was initially very frustrated, after my first conversation with my assigned agent, everything was “set up,” but was setup inncorrectly apparently. When I reached out for help via online chat, the online support team often gave responses that didn’t address my concerns, which added to my disappointment, or redirected even basic sales questions they should have covered. That said, the agent I originally spoke with has been wonderful. Once they stepped back in, they were incredibly helpful and supportive, which really turned things around for me. Because of their effort and care, I’m happily updating this to three stars. I still hope the overall online support experience will improve, but I’m grateful for the agent who went above and beyond to assist me. I will update the review once i have worked with them and get feedback from clients regarding everything. For now it is mid range and i think that is fair as it took almost 3 weeks to get a full understanding.
