When we set up this app initially it didn't work because it wasn't matching our theme's code. The Support was quick to react and got it fixed fairly quick. Great service and app.

This app is great! We have a very complicated pricing structure and this app allows us to easily control our volume based pricing without paying for addition subscriptions. I just downloaded this app, and I needed help getting it up and running and I chatted with them, and got help immediately! Haley was very patient and helpful. I may not be able to use the app, as I do not offer all of my products to my wholesale customers and there does not seem to be a way to hide these. But other than that it seems to work very well.

not user friendly, support is not very helpful. two unauthorized orders came in created by the app with a discount that was created by the app. when asking for clarification on why that happened, rep could not answer.
