As a business if you are not honest with your clients, then you are doing more harm to yourself. You have mentioned that the app is free on shopify, but once you install it, you come to know that its not free at all and its a paid app. Just like others, mention about all the plans that you have in the app store. Waste of time!

Ponía que era gratuita, pero no es verdad. Lo único gratis es poner el widget de contacto. Todo lo demás, tienes que contratar una suscripción de pago de 9€ al mes. Deberían ponerlo para no hacer perder el tiempo a la gente, ya que hay opciones más baratas o incluso gratis que ofrecen mucho más. Si hay que pagar, se paga, pero deben informar para quien quiera hacerlo, la instale sabiendo qué esperar.
