Just started using it and it seems to be working great! Customer support is on point and assisted me ASAP. I am using it for Email, Whatsapp, and Instagram DM's on my Shopify Store. I can add attention effects, delay when it shows up so it doesn't clutter the screen, and can even exclude it from certain pages. Only feature I wish we could add is allow the icon to be clicked and dragges around the screen
