So easy to use! Videowise is user-friendly and couldn't be more simple to understand. Adding UGC video has been extremely helpful for our customers and it takes no time at all to upload and tag it. If I ever do have a question, Carlos is there whenever I need him. Couldn't ask for a better program or customer service rep!

I am dissatisfied after trying it today. It should be a free app actually for it does the same as free apps built for Shopify. Don't install

Was with Tolstoy before , they kept over charging me for services I didnt even need, they really abused their customers. Switched to Videowise, its been 2 weeks, Anastasia was a great help setting up the app and making sure the onboarding is as smooth as possible. thank you !

Mas realmente preciso dar destaque para o atendimento: (destaque para o consultor Carlos) Suporte sem igual! Oferece um atendimento que acolhe, fazendo o cliente estar muito bem amparado para qualquer situação que precisar. Foi necessário traduzir algumas coisas no app devido a nossa loja ser no Brasil e eles ofereceram todo suporte, modificaram exatamente como precisamos. O Carlos nos acompanhou nas lives, deu sugestões, colocou a mão na massa e implantou e configurou o app, sem precisarmos nos preocupar. Enfim, sem palavras. Excelente!

Videowise has been incredibly easy to use, and the onboarding experience along with the ongoing strategy and support from Carlos has been top notch. The platform has made it simple to integrate video into the customer experience and drive engagement. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding the ability for comments to flow directly into the Videowise dashboard so live hosts can see them in real time.
