Steer clear of Vajro if you value your business! I've been a user for a year, and their customer support is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. Their technical team is constantly unresponsive – it feels like they're 'always asleep.' Right now, I'm losing serious business because of critical checkout errors on both iOS and Android, and their team just doesn't care. Customers are going to other apps because Vajro is unreliable. If you run a serious business, this app and its support will let you down big time. Strongly NOT recommending

There's a reason there's so many 5-star reviews and I'm one of them! You really don't find service like this anymore. From the day I signed up they have provided help and made sure that I had my app up and running quickly. I had an issue with my customers downloading their designs after purchasing and they had the issue fixed quickly and gave me updates on their process of fixing it. Just do it-you won't regret it!

New to Vajro but the setup and design assistance has been very smooth. However, after the initial design phase, communication and implementation to edits that weren't done in the design phase are taking a very long time. Communication is become so slow and it's frustrating.
