Once they start charing you monthly. They disappear. No more updates. very little help and all changes takes weeks for simple banner updates.

I reached out to Vajro before our 15-Year Anniversary Sale to confirm that updates from my website would sync to the app in real time. I was told they would. Days later, I discovered the app was still showing last year’s 14-Year Anniversary sale, even though that link had been removed from my website over a week earlier. When I contacted support, they continued to insist everything syncs in real time and only replied, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” That’s not acceptable. I pay for this service and expect it to work, especially during one of my biggest sales of the year. This issue cost my business money. Vajro needs to take accountability and ensure their sync feature actually functions as promised.

I was SO PLEASED with my experience with Vajro. I have just launched my boutique business and I knew I needed an app that would offer all of the features I was looking for. The team was super helpful and responsive with me in helping to get me setup for my launch date. I received a phone call immediately after sending in a help message for setup. Our experience with Vajro has been extremely disappointing. The project was delayed multiple times, communication was poor, and the final app was never fully functional. They kept us waiting for 3 months and Even worse, we were later charged unexpected “design and development” fees of $1500 that were never clearly disclosed at the start of the project. When we raised concerns, the team avoided responsibility and refused to refund us, even though the app performed poorly from day one. We have been in business for 9 years and worked with many developers — this has been by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience we’ve had. Be very cautious and don’t trust this company’s promises. Their service and transparency are far below industry standards.
