I reached out to Vajro before our 15-Year Anniversary Sale to confirm that updates from my website would sync to the app in real time. I was told they would. Days later, I discovered the app was still showing last year’s 14-Year Anniversary sale, even though that link had been removed from my website over a week earlier. When I contacted support, they continued to insist everything syncs in real time and only replied, “Sorry for the inconvenience.” That’s not acceptable. I pay for this service and expect it to work, especially during one of my biggest sales of the year. This issue cost my business money. Vajro needs to take accountability and ensure their sync feature actually functions as promised.

Our experience with Vajro has been extremely disappointing. The project was delayed multiple times, communication was poor, and the final app was never fully functional. They kept us waiting for 3 months and Even worse, we were later charged unexpected “design and development” fees of $1500 that were never clearly disclosed at the start of the project. When we raised concerns, the team avoided responsibility and refused to refund us, even though the app performed poorly from day one. We have been in business for 9 years and worked with many developers — this has been by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience we’ve had. Be very cautious and don’t trust this company’s promises. Their service and transparency are far below industry standards.

Steer clear of Vajro if you value your business! I've been a user for a year, and their customer support is hands down the worst I've ever experienced. Their technical team is constantly unresponsive – it feels like they're 'always asleep.' Right now, I'm losing serious business because of critical checkout errors on both iOS and Android, and their team just doesn't care. Customers are going to other apps because Vajro is unreliable. If you run a serious business, this app and its support will let you down big time. Strongly NOT recommending

Beware of Hidden Costs – Expensive and Lacking Transparency Vajro offers a functional mobile app integration for Shopify, but their pricing structure lacks transparency. While they advertise a starting price of $100, the cost automatically jumps to $500 per month once you reach a certain number of orders—without clear upfront communication. Even if your sales drop below the threshold, they continue charging the higher fee. There are more cost-effective alternatives available that provide the same functionality without unexpected price hikes. I strongly advise exploring other options before committing to Vajro.

they are not trust company at all , i try this app for 2 days and i donot like it and i send them eamil i not like the app and now they withdrawn from my card each month 499$ and when i contact them they just said we will help but nothing . any body can help me where i can report this issue

I spent months communicating with this team back in 2022. They promised great features if I subscribed to their premium tier and we would get custom made banners and sections on our product pages. So fast forward to 2024, after paying the fees for over 12 months, including full fees for over 8 months, no one implemented ANYTHING on our app, and we NEVER made a sale as customers found it too difficult to use as no information was in our product page. Every single time I contacted them, they would give me an account manager to tell me what they would do, but weeks after weeks, months after months, nothing every happened, and the app opening time was over 10 seconds long, customers do not have any interest in using our app. Then after I asked for a full refund for the past year, they scheduled a call with me promising not to charge us for the next 6-8 months while fixing everything for us. Then they did at least add some functional sections to our product pages, they changed our opening screen to what we don't want to keep. At the same time, never received a refund, and they continue to charge us. If the refund or fee waiver isn't done, then we may initiate a complaint process for a chargeback for all the fees we have paid.
