Very good experience working with UpNova. From our first call I have been really happy with the support from the team. They set me up with my first two offers and have assisted in optimising these now that they are live. I had a technical limitation/conflict with another app which Son resolved for me in about 1-2 days which is very good customer service! The app with the conflict wouldn't support me, so I am doubly impressed I have seen approx 10% increase in AOV and we will be further adding offers to the app shortly. This is a fantastic app and the support they have provided is phenomenal, they even went as far as building out custom bundle features for us that integrates with the cart. This app is extremely underrated, and it's more than just a cart, its an ecosystem which allows you to integrate various offers, upsells and promos within the cart and throughout the website which all integrates together and work synchronously.
