That never happened. The app was never active, never processed a single order with proper set-up, and remained incomplete — yet we were charged USD$500 per month for 3 months (over $1,500 total) for no delivered value. When we raised this, the company — including CEO Son Chu — defended the charges. In our experience, the approach felt deceptive and lacking in basic business ethics. Instead of owning the issue or fixing the setup, they insisted on billing for a product that was never usable. If you run an ethical and honest business, and care about transparency and integrity matter to your business, we strongly recommend thinking twice before installing Upnova. This is a fantastic app and the support they have provided is phenomenal, they even went as far as building out custom bundle features for us that integrates with the cart.
