The app was never active, never processed a single order with proper set-up, and remained incomplete — yet we were charged USD$500 per month for 3 months (over $1,500 total) for no delivered value. When we raised this, the company — including CEO Son Chu — defended the charges. In our experience, the approach felt deceptive and lacking in basic business ethics. Instead of owning the issue or fixing the setup, they insisted on billing for a product that was never usable.
