I have been using this app for about 2 months now and it works great. The Shopify integration is stable and review invitation emails are sent reliably without issues. Once set up, it runs automatically in the background and does its job well. In the dashboard its clearly stated if service or/and product email are sent. The dashboard its just one page and very easy to see what s happening and what are your settings. No complaints. Also, i would like to say something about the paid plan complaints i see in many reviews. So, new merchants please read this carefully. This app is just the connector between Shopify and Trustpilot. Pricing, widgets, branding options and paid features are determined by Trustpilot’s own paid plan policy, not by this app. Blaming the app for Trustpilot’s pricing model is misleading. Everything is shown on the Trustpilot's paid plan details stating that if you pay, you pay for an annual plan. Now, feedback time: 1) While the app works perfectly by performance standards, a feature i need as international eshop is the ability to schedule email sending times per region. While for some markets its enough, different markets have different optimal delivery windows and regional timing control would significantly improve an otherwise solid integration. As a new company, every change to gain a review, its a chance for me to scale faster. And that matters, a lot. 2) Having an option for email to be sent after some days (which i can set up) after the carrier scan = delivered? 3) Option for regional quiet hours like “Don' t send emails between 22:00–08:00 local time? 4) If you add different sceduled email times (please add this feature) it would also be good to have auto translation or let me choose for each region. Customers are far more likely to leave a review when the invitation is sent in their native language.

I should give it a 0 out of 10. Even after I uninstalled the plugin, it continues to send review emails to my customers, and I can't turn it off or remove the user from the navigation. There's no customer service.

I cant turn off the option to not send emails to my customers... The toggle option is just blocked and they keep sending review mails to my customers. Please fix this i do not consent to send emails to my customers.

J’utilise cette application pour ma boutique spécialisée dans les produits pour bébé et maman. L’intégration des avis est simple et aide beaucoup à rassurer mes clients. L’interface est facile à utiliser et me permet de gérer les avis rapidement. Je recommande cette application aux autres marchands qui veulent renforcer la confiance de leurs visiteurs.

Man kann leider nicht mal mit der Installation fortfahren weil Shopify sich nicht mit Trustpilot verbindet.

Met een gratis plan kun je niets met de reviews die je hebt. Maar de stap erboven is meteen 160 per maand. Echt vreselijk product heb je dan gebouwd en eerlijk: Shopify laat dat lekker toe - ook een beetje jammer.

Same experience as previous reviewers, it seems to have stolen information and continued sending review requests without permission.

I removed the app, but it’s still sending emails to my customers. I’ve reached out to support several times, but no one has gotten back to me. This is really frustrating and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Absolutely useless. It keeps asking me to create an account even though I already did. I log in and the app just refuses to load inside Shopify. Tried reinstalling multiple times — same issue. Waste of time and not worth the frustration.

Way too expensive and not user friendly. You would think a review company would actually care about its own reviews no? Over $3000 upfront payment? This should be $50 a month max.
