Met een gratis plan kun je niets met de reviews die je hebt. Maar de stap erboven is meteen 160 per maand. Echt vreselijk product heb je dan gebouwd en eerlijk: Shopify laat dat lekker toe - ook een beetje jammer.

I removed the app, but it’s still sending emails to my customers. I’ve reached out to support several times, but no one has gotten back to me. This is really frustrating and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

Absolutely useless. It keeps asking me to create an account even though I already did. I log in and the app just refuses to load inside Shopify. Tried reinstalling multiple times — same issue. Waste of time and not worth the frustration.

Way too expensive and not user friendly. You would think a review company would actually care about its own reviews no? Over $3000 upfront payment? This should be $50 a month max.

Installed this app again just to review them. Glad we got away from Trustpilot. For the last week I've been dealing with Trustpilot, I can attest to the reviews I'm seeing of a massive amount of 1-star reviews due to review extortion. Never going with Trustpilot again. Zero communication except "do what we want or we'll sue you for breaking our 'brand guidelines'". No one even said what those guidelines were or even how we broke them. Just take them down or else. Their app didn't even work very well. Basic for the price we were paying.

Used Trustpilot since 2019, had threats emailed to us although we are weel withing our agreement. Switching review companies, Trustpiolot have lost a good customer and by the looks of many other good customers. Very heavy handed emails with not even a care. Will never use again.

I have a connection issue for my website which is connected to a previous trustpilot account. I have sent 3 emails across almost longer than 2 weeks waiting to get some support from trustpilot support team. Have not heard a thing back from them whatsoever. It is very hard to get in contact with them after browsing all the pages on their website and social media. This brands makes me feels it is just another brand building their own brand rather than caring much about customer experience. as a store owner I dont like Trustpilot. Hope this is the spot to review them as they dont list themselves to be reviewed on their platform.

Absolutely one of the worst login processes I've ever stumbled upon. The app itself is also working terribly. Very expensive. Please fix it.

the login that opens in a separate window that then sends an email where i should enter my email into a new browser session usually doesnt work. so the login often fails. making everything rather useless

Don't use it, it should be called Thugs pilot. Their fake free service is a disguise. They lock you in with expensive monthly subscriptions. All our customers' 5-star reviews were kept hidden from the public to force us to buy their subscription plans. When we try to delete our account, they won't delete the public profile. It's a major violation of the law.

We worked with Trustpilot for years, but the experience turned into a nightmare. Out of nowhere, our account was locked without a clear reason or explanation, being threatened the if we did not remove any Trustpilot branding, we could expect bad reviews to be added to our company profile. (We have NO Trustpilot references nor images of any sort on our website). Instead of support, we received threats. No company should treat long-term paying customers this way. Their tactics feel less like a service provider and more like intimidation. We are relieved to finally cut ties and will never deal with Trustpilot again. If you value transparency, respect, and professionalism, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Not integrating with Shopify Store. requested call back, to be told they can't help and to submit a 'ticket' then provided a link to wrong page. Finally found the correct form and still waiting for a reply 3 days later!!!!!!

Extortion fom Trustpilot manager and threats by debt collectors after 6 years of cooperation\ We cooperated with Trustpilot since 2019. In 2023, Trustpilot inspected our website and offered us Plus plan subscription -we agreed and paid it on regular base. We didn't change anything and used Trustpilot logos with links to their website with reviews about Ponoma goods and services. May 2 2025 Content Integrity team of Trustpilot emailed us that our company violate agreement: "Hi Ponoma, We love to see you’re using Trustpilot’s brand to build trust for your business on ponomasteel.com. However, it looks like your use of our brand doesn’t align with our guidelines. What does it mean? Incorrect use of our brand means that our name, logo, TrustScore, Star Rating, TrustBox widgets, or other brand assets are used in a misleading or incorrect way. This includes displaying outdated Star Ratings on your website, using a TrustBox widget that is not included in your Trustpilot plan, or an unofficial third-party application used to display Trustpilot content. What do I need to do? Log in to your Trustpilot Business account to acknowledge the notification we sent. Please only use widgets available under the "Showcase" section in your Trustpilot Business account, and make the necessary changes within 7 days. Please note that if we detect more use of Trustpilot’s brand that doesn’t align with our guidelines, we may send you a warning and add a consumer alert on your business profile. Why this matters Correcting these issues and using Trustpilot’s brand correctly strengthens your brand’s credibility and helps build trust with your customers. Borderline af mafia with no care for their smaller clients. Have submitted several tickets and emails to merge our previous domain, with our new one, to consolidate all of our reviews. 0 replies from their customer service and we're left as a less trustable brand.

we would give 0 stars if we could. for days now, it just says "technical error" when we try and intergrate it into out store, or says that a website is already linked. we are getting no help and have been sucked in to a 12 month contract. we are a small business and can simply not afford to pay for something we are not using.

More than one customers reached out and questioned us why we did not publish their reviews. A 4 stars reviewer just accused us of not being authentic as he felt that his reviewed did not get published because he did not leave a 5 stars. This is really embarrassing. This app should have helped us build trust but now it's damaging it and no one is answering the email. Not sure whether it's because we did not pay the protection money but this app is really a big joke. This app is about review and trust but it offer the least transparent, the worst experience and get the lowest review hahha
