I got help immidiately when trying to embed the app to correct spot! Also all my questions were answered quick by the team! Super happy and great experience!

This app is a complete scam! I've been on a monthly plan for a long time, but the app constantly misleads users into upgrading to an annual plan, then charges the full annual fee at once. I requested a refund and a downgrade back to the monthly plan, but they refused! They even demanded that I uninstall the app before they would partially refund me—completely unreasonable! If I could give zero stars, I would. The product is unreliable, the interface keeps getting worse, and translation tasks take days to complete. Sometimes, it even overwrites my translations without my knowledge!

Deleting the app, support is SO incompetent! It takes a lot of time just to understand what i need from them. BE AWARE! For those with multiple markets, this app only changes the display currency instead of the market page. If you have different prices for different markets it will not going to work. On the top of this, the support is so incompetent they don't even understand the root cause of the issue. I ask one thing, give them example, screenshots and end up answer for completely different issue. Waste of time

Just started with the app. I was looking for a good translation app for my Shopify store since the free Translate & Adapt app has a limit for 2 languages. I needed a translation app which is affordable, good and fast customer service, minimum of 3-5 languages, easy to intall and work with, and most important, unlimited translated words. After looking into all kinds of apps, compatible with shopify. I started with Weglot. But although they were kind, the response time was slow, only between 9am-6pm, and only by email. Moreover, within a few hours I reached the wordlimit, forcing me to upgrade to a more than twice as expensive plan. Next in line was Transcy, and I am happy to go for this one. Easy to install. Let's you customize the switcher and most important, translated words are unlimited!! An automated cs gives very fast and extended information. But when you need help of an actual support agent, this is done by chat which works better and faster than email. Shawn helped me out very quickly and all is working great now. Thank you Shawn! So, hopefully Transcy will keep me happy over time :-)

Translating the store is a real chore and Shopify does not support all required translations. That is why we decided to give Transcy a try. So far, it has worked really well although it is not always intuitive to operate. The support is really good though so that problem is mitigated by the professional assistance one can get.
