Eleanor helped me a lot. I tested 4 applications. This is the only one that really translates all the widgets. You should take it without hesitation.

Transcy is by far one of the best translation apps I've used on Shopify. The translations are accurate and professional, and the interface is very intuitive. What really stood out to me was the amazing support — quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had a few questions, and the support agent Giselle guided me through everything patiently and clearly. Highly recommended if you're looking to sell internationally and want to offer a seamless multilingual experience to your customers. 10/10!

Charging $497 USD for GPT translation is outrageous. You should at least list an approximate cost in the pricing program. This feels like you're taking consumers for fools.

The app works good on the frontend with the switcher. But when you use the app as a backend translator for Shopify languages, it works randomly for different languages, translating some parts of strings, and leaving others without translations. The frontend switcher causes CLS issues. The app support doesn't know that their app can work without the switcher, and I needed to explain the same thing to a new person again and again for two weeks already. The support is not competent in most of the cases. As for now - they are not able to resolve not translated parts via their app. If the issues are fixed, I'll upgrade my rate for this app.

One of the worst translation apps I've used. They take no responsibility and always blame someone else for any issue. I paid over €300 for translations, and I still had to manually fix missing parts myself. I honestly cannot recommend this app. Unfortunately, I'm now stuck with them because everything has already been translated through their system, and leaving would mean losing my entire investment. Please be extremely careful when choosing your translation app. You're often better off translating manually using ChatGPT – it’s far more cost-effective, and you have full control over the results.

Eleanor has been a big help with answering and fixing any inquiry i have had so far with them. App itself is full of handy features & has been powerful for our business to reach other countries in the EU. Love and recommend it!

This is the biggest scam I've had to bear since I started using shopify which was more than 3 years ago. Transcy misled me into buying the annual plan when I tried to pay for my monthly plan but it suddenly switched into annual but since I had already pressed on pay it loaded the annual plan and paid for it which is 10X what I wanted to pay for this crappy software. Then I let them know about the mistake I had made 3 seconds later and they told me that they will not assist me at all. Then I threatened to stop the transaction through my bank account but they said that's not necessary because they will give me crdits for which I explicitly asked whether they would be usable for the shopify monthly plan payment and they confrimed that after which I trusted them. Told me to uninstall the app and I would receive the credits and 3 months later I am still paying for the shopify monthly plan and I've received 0 credits from these scammers. I can't believe shopify allows such things to even happen on their store and then say that they bare no responsibility for what happens on the shopify app store... Ridiculous stuff is happening and I still can't believe it although I've been a victim of all of it. Watch out guys.

disaster for 11 euro per month I can add only one language the default language is also counted and the other plans with more features the price is insane 30 euros per month .... for the new shop this is insane . unsubscribed !!!

I got help immidiately when trying to embed the app to correct spot! Also all my questions were answered quick by the team! Super happy and great experience!
