Tanmay has been so patient and very kind to jump on calls with me late at night and early morning, ive had some issues with my pixel not firing (not their fault) issues with Fb, It wasnt his job to help me but he went above and beyond to help. Wow - Tanmay was INCREDIBLE and got me back up and running! I installed Trackify this morning (after having a different app installed and getting no help and it was a bit of a disaster) and Tanmay had me up and running within ONE HOUR. It was incredible! Their customer service is awesome! We got help from one of their staff whose name is Tanmay and all my questions got answered within few minutes.

I had quite a few technical problems & questions when installing the App. Tanmay immediately offered me help and after 2 or 3 minutes we were on a call together. He helped me fix those problems and answered all of my questions. Thank you! Would definitely recommend using this app if you want to install multiple pixels in your store. EDIT: So I encountered another Problem and Tanmay fixed it within 10-15 minutes and now everything is Tracking Properly again. Really Good Support
