The app offers a wide range of features that make it easy to set up and manage loyalty programs for customers, as well as benefits for promoters. Everything is intuitive and well designed. What truly stands out is the support. Jason has been incredibly helpful and kind, always finding solutions to our requests. He even created custom video tutorials that I was able to share with my team—an amazing touch. The app includes great integrations and allows you to reward points for custom activities, which gives us flexibility to align the program with our brand. What took some time to get comfortable with: -the nomenclature and controls. this is a very, very flexible/customizable platform, and with that comes complexity and a learning curve that's it really. We are only 30 days post launch, but i feel we have encountered a full set of use cases that give me confidence in this partnership going forward.
