I've started using Talkviser a little over a week ago, and I'm already very enthousiastic about the app. The dashboard is very clear and provides lots of information about customers browsing, checking out and buying on your shop. The app is very easy to use and customize to your brand settings. The app gives me more time to create my products because I can often respond to my customers with 1 click via the AI-generated answers. And the more the chat is used, the better the answers become because AI learns every time from the answers that I adjust myself. All in all, highly recommended!

Everything is really good but about live chat I prefer has an app to control all about the chat, because by text or email is too old and tedious. If have an app got 5 stars.
