Customer Service is great. i was staring at my computer trying to figure out how to fix some issues on my website and they went above and beyond helping me fix the problem and making it look prettier too. huge win.

This is the best subscription app out there, and the customer success engineers do a great job helping out whenever we are facing some issues with the app, the app is full of features, its the one app that you need if you have a subscription business.

We have tried several subscription apps and Appstle is by far the best one. Best customer service (literally 24/7), very easy to set up, ton of settings to play with, highly customizable and integrated. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The app is working great and support is fast and very well organized. I can only give the app 4 stars because of the way subscriptions are managed by the customer. They need to create an account on Shopify to manage their subscriptions but its not clear for customers to do this unless I force all customers to create an account before checkout.

App functions well, easy to set-up. After getting it set-up easily by myself, I had an issue after a theme change but support was quick to get it fixed.
