Amazing for a Free app! Very easy to customize and support is very friendly and responsive. The only issue/oversight is that if you want dark FAQ group buttons with white/light text, you can't. Since when a group is not selected, it forces the background to be transparent (so shows white if your website background is white), then the text is not visible. Could you please fix this by adding an "active" and "not active" background color/text option?

Got stuck using the app when I first installed it which was rather frustrating and nearly gave up, but decided to reach out to the support team. Florence has been fab in helping me with the techy stuff I was stuck on and even got back to me as promised (a woman of her word!) days later once things were fixed on their end. She even created tutorial videos to help me out when I had to do the changes on my end. The FAQs will fit in with the needs for my site. I like how you can have different FAQs and it can be displayed on whatever page you want and you can tweak the colours to match your brand which is a bonus. Keeps things consistent. If you ever get stuck, just reach out to the team. They do respond quickly which is nice.

StoreFAQ has been an effective addition to our store — we love that it allows us to list FAQs not just on a dedicated page but also directly under individual product listings, which enhances the customer experience. The tech support has also been impressive. I had a meeting over the weekend to request a modification (making the FAQ box background transparent), and the team was responsive and accommodating. However, I was a little uncomfortable being asked to leave a review on the spot while sharing my screen with the tech support. While I appreciate the service, I would have preferred to give feedback on my own time.
