StoreFAQ has been an effective addition to our store — we love that it allows us to list FAQs not just on a dedicated page but also directly under individual product listings, which enhances the customer experience. The tech support has also been impressive. I had a meeting over the weekend to request a modification (making the FAQ box background transparent), and the team was responsive and accommodating. However, I was a little uncomfortable being asked to leave a review on the spot while sharing my screen with the tech support. While I appreciate the service, I would have preferred to give feedback on my own time.
