I'm new to Shopify and am getting my bookstore website ready for a product launch later this week. I downloaded Store FAQ to create a Q&A for customers. I liked the look and feel on the back end of of this app and the interface is very pleasing. I ran into a little snag when it came to publishing. Easy to use and functional. This was the only collapsible FAQ app I could find that allowed videos to be inserted. It works great and is easy to use. The support is excellent. I had an issue were the videos weren't adjusting for mobiles but they fixed that straight away without any fuss or cost. Very happy.
