After creating a group and assigning the FAQ, it disappeared and couldn't be found again. The group never showed on the page, and there is no way to select the group on the design page. Im not sure if this doesn't work, or is just terribly unintuitive. either way it was a waste of time. Not sure who these 5-star reviews are.

Easy to use and you can customize it to suit your website theme and style. Also, the support is fantastic. They respond promptly and are very helpful.

i just wished you guys responded to my messages. to be honest, its very very good. its just that i needed the faq section to appear on specific pages and i was hoping you guys could assist me. i eventually decided to not even add a faq page at all. which is a shame really because no other app actually has it perfect like you guys. as a new app, i highly recommend you guys to be responsive please. let me know if you are able to assist me and i will surely install again. please dont be deterred by this review to install this app. if they do help me out, i will change my review fairly.
