Their AI-driven support system demonstrated: - Extreme reluctance to address my concerns - Repeated irrelevant questioning - No sense of urgency about the security breach As a result of these unacceptable practices, I was forced to immediately cancel my subscription to protect my business. Recommendation: Potential customers should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate this platform before considering their services. The security and support failures represent a significant risk to any business.
