I just signed up for this app. I received more than 10 new customers to sign up within the first day, Lisa was very helpful when I had questions.

Only installed the app yesterday, but so far have found it to be pretty simple to navigate. Reached out to support with 1 question and got a quick response.

I had an issue with the invoicing and Lynn provided me a fast and accurate solution. Great customer service!

Too soon to tell if this app would work for our business given we just installed it a few days ago. Out the box during the set up process we experienced some confusion with the theme. Some of the paid features seem to have been available for the free version, but then went away after setting it all up. So that created a bit of confusion and frustration given there's no specific mention in the help pages about it. Customer service was stellar in helping us navigate this. We may change our review later on but for now this is where we stand.

Super helpful app to work with, and customer service is A+++ It's really helped our Loyalty customers, and we can't imagine not having it going forward!

it seems like a good app but I just lose a lot of time and Couldn't make it work. it is not showing in my website and I couldn't understand how clients will see their point or redeem them. I also try to reach through the chat but nobody answered. I was willing to pay after all that trouble with the free version.

The app is great - there is a lot to offer even with the free plan. Customer service is outstanding as well and very quick to respond.

I had some concerns regarding my plan order maximum being reached, and Andreandana was so helpful to assist me. She listened to my concerns and came up with a solution. Thank you very much!! (I still think there should be another tier between the $49.99/mo and $200/mo option)

Reading some worrying reviews and too many without a reply, although most are positive. Only installed the app yesterday so this might not be the best feedback (I can always update). They would love charging you based on the number of orders but with the free plan the customers don't get to see the points on the product page, account page, checkout and post purchase. The customers are also limited in redeeming the points at the checkout. So on one side, Smile.io would love to make more money if we generate more orders, while restricting our customers experience with their reward system and ultimately our growth and Smile's. This makes no sense.

I had some questions about the Smile app integrations with Klaviyo and the employee I spoke to, Andreandana, was super helpful!

I couldn't figure out why my customers haven't been able to redeem their points with Smile and she was able to explain it to me.
