Worst experience ever, customer service is horrible, paid for the $150 monthly plan. The app has a lot of bug. when you reach out for customer service, it often takes 3-4 days for them to get back to you, and when they do, they dont answer you questions, they dont seem to know what they're' doing

Her tone felt somewhat curt, which made it difficult to engage fully or feel comfortable asking questions. A warmer, more open approach would have helped create a more collaborative atmosphere.

The app works as expected. I had a few issues, for example, I did not configure shipping correctly to fulfil a TikTok order from Shopify, but these were fixed within a few minutes of me asking. Arshia and Muhammad both do an excellent job!

I installed this app and had a few minor questions. I spoke with two support representatives, but unfortunately, neither of them had basic knowledge about Shopify. Because of this, I decided to uninstall the app. Overall, the app does not offer much more functionality than the standard TikTok app. Also is the price total expensive. For that what he offer.. if you send out in different markets you need to have more shop connections and they can only connect one shop per market.

We've had a fantastic experience using the SPL TikTok Shop App. The setup was smooth syncing was incredibly easy.

I had some initial teething issues with integration with Shopify due to a degree of duplication with the main Tiktok app. I had a wait a little, but the team then engaged well to help me resolve the issues. The skus seem to be pulling through well into Tiktok Shop and we've successfully processed a handful of sales. I like the dashboard that's simple and easy to understand, albeit with a couple of small glitches that were rapidly resolved by the team. We're effectively running this now in 'trial' mode while we pressure-test the system and start to advertise on Tiktok - holding back on the 5th star until we see that it all works seamlessly with a larger number of orders!

I've gone online today and downloaded everything. Syncing seems to be pretty good overall. BUT I'm getting double-orders coming through to Shopify, so I have tried to contact SPL to see if they can help sort out what is likely a basic issue. Have been waiting for 3 hours online in a 'chat' with the message that someone should be with me shortly. No email, no response, nothing. The 7 day trial period may well be shorter if this service continues...
