This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function! But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.

This app works better than others that I tried and the support is excellent. I recommend giving this app a chance.

These guys are unbelievably good. We needed a specific attribute from TTS to be copied over to the Shopify order, and the whole process was way above my expectations. I was expecting to be directed to a "wish list" page, and wait for people to vote on that, as many other developers do, but instead, they accommodated this specific request within the hour. As far as the app itself, it works without any issues too. What's key here, too, is that unlike the native connector from Shopify, it is not region-bound. That is a huge limitation of the native connector, especially in the US region.

The app wasn't working properly at the beginning, so I had to lose time contacting customer support. However, Rawail helped me solve the issue really fast. Great customer support.
