Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries. We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those. TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier. Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. This App has given me so much time back and breathed new life into my business. We sell in a product category on TikTok that has many required fields and I was spending half my week just doing data entry to get our products up.
