Worst experience ever, customer service is horrible, paid for the $150 monthly plan. The app has a lot of bug. when you reach out for customer service, it took over a MONTH for them to get back to you, and when they do, they dont answer you questions, they dont seem to know what they're' doing

My store was authorized then I received a message to update. When I clicked update there was a blank screen. The agent told me there was an issue with Tik Tok in the US. When reaching out to Tik Tok they reported no issue in the US. The agent Sarah left me in the middle of trying to resolve an issue for an hour. I could not get my issue resolved and waisted a lot of time with this app when I could have been running a business. They also asked for access to my store and still could not help me. Support was very slow and issue still did not get resolved.
