My store was authorized then I received a message to update. When I clicked update there was a blank screen. The agent told me there was an issue with Tik Tok in the US. When reaching out to Tik Tok they reported no issue in the US. I have reached back out and Sara was able to get my store connected within a matter of minutes. She did a great job setting things up for me.

not worth it, pushing sale prices of products instead of cut off prices to tiktok shop. uninstalled, paid 2 months for nothing

Worst experience ever, customer service is horrible, paid for the $150 monthly plan. The app has a lot of bug. when you reach out for customer service, it took over a MONTH for them to get back to you, and when they do, they dont answer you questions, they dont seem to know what they're' doing

I could not get my issue resolved and waisted a lot of time with this app when I could have been running a business. They also asked for access to my store and still could not help me. Support was very slow and issue still did not get resolved.

Spoke with Arshia via the online chat, she was really helpful and walked me through the set up. the app does exactly what I needed it to thanks for your help Arshia and thank you for a great app!
